This features allows the board of directors to send mass emails to all residents. It is a convenient and easy way for the board to communicate with its residents. All mass-emails sent through this system remain in the database, so residents and board members can go back and look at past communications if necessary.

This feature is a great tool for the board of directors to use when it needs to get an "unofficial" count of how their residents feel about a topic. For example, this tool can be used for something as simple as when to hold this years community picnic, or it can be used for more important matters like whether the residents are satisfied with the current lawn service. Although the survey tool should not be used for official voting, it can provide the board of directors with information that they can then use to make further decisions.

The Gemini System is a trackable communication tool between the residents and the board of directors. This tool is used by residents to submit concerns, maintenance requests, and anything else that requires board action. The board will use this tool to inform the resident of any action(s) that was taken against their concern. When the issue is eventually resolved, the ticket is closed.

Are you looking for an reliable air-conditioning contractor? Or maybe a good auto mechanic? This section of your web site displays listings and recommendations of local contractors and businesses that your residents have used in the past. The contents of this feature are populated by the residents of your community for the residents of your community.
